EIB, Support to Air and Maritime Division. Appraisal, Monitoring and Project Completion Reporting of a wide range of port projects in Europe and outside Europe. Working inside EIB in 2016 and On-Call 2016-2018.
Working in the Air & Maritime division of the Mobility Department in the EIB premises in Luxembourg under the supervision of the EIB Assignment Manager and the project-specific PJ Contact Persons.
The overall objective was to assess and monitor capital investment projects and programs within EU member states and in other countries where EIB operates. In order of priority, tasks were

One-off tasks
The projects assessed and monitored are mainly within sea ports but also inland ports and airports projects are assessed. Project countries include Austria, Cape Verde, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Malawi, Netherlands, Panama, Poland, Seychelles, Spain, Sweden and Zambia.
Project Advisor. A feasibility study for a combined Seaport and Airport project in Sangley, Manila, envisaged as the new gateway for shipping cargo and flight passengers to Manila and the Philippines (Philippine Global Gateway). The study focused on the development of the new Seaport and related Special Economic Zones (SEZ), and redevelopment of the existing Danilo Atienza Airport into a GA Airport in the first stage.
